We were relocating from California to Idaho and after selecting a new subdivision that we wanted a new home built in, we needed Buyer representation. We selected Chad after reading a review online from another couple who went through the same situation as we were going through.

Chad was very helpful from the beginning. He answered several questions we had right from the get-go. Chad went the extra mile for us every step of the way. He always answered our questions and communicated with the homebuilder for us. He was able to do our pre-closing walkthrough with us over Skype which was great.
